i'm one of those lucky people, very regular, first thing in the morning and once again at night, never been caught anywhwere horrible

I always knew you were bad news. You probably even smoked cigarettes in junior high.
I have gone in a trench which had previously been used by hundreds. Nasty, that.
As a person who spent years on the road as a poor touring musician, don't even get me started.
I've gone weeks without encountering such luxuries as toilet paper, toilet seats, toilet doors, heated bathrooms...etc.
It's a glamorous life.
On the side of a mountain over 12,000 on a 40degree snowy slope about zero and very windy.
On another occasion in a 3 man tent filled with 5 people for 3 days with a raging blizzard outside in cookpot.
As I read this thread there's an ad flashing above, asking me if I get enough relief from my laxatives...
We have now entered....the twilight zone *cue freaky music*
I just can't talk about it.
But it was really bad, and I was small enough that I thought I was gonna fall in, too.

Actually, The SUn is fit for this purpose....
A squat job in a bar in Ko Pha-Ngan. Luckily, I learnt to carry a roll with me.
