I was referring to the Jews who were living in Palestine before the big influx of European Jews. But yeah, it wasn't a large population.

Look at it this way, if the IDF believed Hamas had a cell in downtown Tel Aviv there's no way they would bomb the **** out of it.

They bomb places knowing full well there will be no Israeli casualties.
