This year ive found out im really into hypnosis and before i fell in love with my boyfriend i dove into some play with it. I've always been curious about hypnosis, never knew if it was real or not but i had watched an AMAZING movie i believe called hypnotic and the whole time i was just thinking how attractive the dynamic is and how badly i want that and would love that.

i joined a few servers online and quickly got overwhelmed with a lot of hypnotists, lets say i had a lot of fun and learned that i am inlove! i had really good dynamics i did have to cut off for and because i fell inlove with him but i cant help but have such desires n cravings again. im not going to cheat on him but its driving me crazy!

hes pretty open but i don't know how to tell him about it and i don't feel like hes ready for that type of play since hes new to intimacy in the first place (he is kinky n dominant regaurdless). Im worried even if i told him n he agreed it just wouldn't work. Like he wouldn't be able to make me really drop n fully go in a trance which is a bit of a furn off when it doesn't really work. He might not even believe in hypnosis to be fair.

I just really need advice on how to tell him because i need it so bad!!!

I suggest that you do some thorough research because hypnosis isn't a game to be taken lightly. There is a phenomenon known as "mutual hypnosis" which might interest you. The best description of the process can be found in chapter 19 of the book, Altered States of Consciousness, 1967, edited by Charles Tart.

Trying to coerce or trick someone into sexual behaviour they would not normally consent to is wrong, and very probably illegal.

Be open and honest with your boyfriend, and if it's a dealbreaker look for someone else who will be into it.

I doubt that the OP will show up again but I viewed the movie "Hypnotic" yesterday and it has nothing to do with hypnosis as it is legitimately practiced. It's total fantasy and fat chance you'll experience anything similar with your boyfriend or anyone else.

Telling him is probably the easier part, genuinely, bc if he's already kinky and dominant (which you said yourself) then he's not going to be thrown by you having a specific thing you want, he might even be into it once he understands what it actually involves.

Most people who are genuinely dominant pick things up faster than you'd expect when they're motivated, and "my partner really wants this" is usually pretty good motivation... it might not be perfect the first few times, but that's not a reason to not even start.
