Danby Ice maker

I bought the Ice Maker (looks almost new) in one outlet in Texas (cheap) and I’m trying to fix it.
When I plug the machine didn’t work.
I open the rear panel and force the compressor to turn on and found a Leak, yesterday I repair the leak (welding).
the compressor is working now, the pipes are cool but still the ice maker not working, it is a Danby Ice Maker by silhouette. (32 Lbs of Ice daily)
The water is running inside the cascade panel but not freezing…..please tell me what to do and I
