Why is there so many ableist people on some forums saying just because someone is high functioning and on medical guardianship they can't make decisions to have sexual relationships because of it? That is not true. Being on medical guardianship doesn't stop one from having sex even casual and I know this for a fact because my therapist told me. Just because some people have trouble making medical decisions doesn't mean they can't make sexual decisions and it's legal for a guy to have sex with a girl under medical guardianship. She can consent to sex. What are your thoughts now?

Many fully functioning
able people make poor sexual choices so it may just be heightened caution. I don't see why being under medical guardianship exempts someone from such concerns.
@hightor,
Yeah true so why do so many people think differently? It’s so strange!
