I started reading a NSFW thread about something and noticed that there were no "reply" buttons anywhere like there are when I browse other threads.
Is there a separate registration?
Are there other restrictions?
What if you want to post say about something that others may perceive as NSFW? Can you do that? Is there a separate procedure that you need to follow?
I may have done it in the wrong way, but I did try to find an answer, on the two first pages of the forum help forum.

If there is no reply button then the thread has been frozen by the moderators.
There are many reasons why this may be the case.
NSFW covers a multitude of things and anything illegal or contrary to tos would be stopped straight away.
