June 1. International Children's Day.

The morning in Baku, the City of Winds, was windless, joyfully sunny, and sunnily joyful — winking merrily.

Such a morning cannot be described — it must be lived.

It embraced everyone without exception: both those who kept childhood in their souls, and those who had lost it.

Embracing my grandchildren who were getting ready for school, I warmly greeted them in my native language:
"Usaqlar Bayraminiz Mubarek!" /Children, I congratulate you on the Holiday!/

They looked at me with shining eyes and replied:
"Bayramin mubarek Baba!" /Happy Holiday to you, Grandpa!/

And at that very moment, a miracle happened.

60 years of accumulated kilograms of worries, experience, and fatigue — simply dissolved.

I didn't lose weight.

I became lighter.

I became light, airy, and celestial, just like at six years old.

On the way to school, I showered all the children I met with congratulations — both known and unknown.

And each time I heard the same magical words in response.

To the sweet voices of my grandchildren, so dear to my heart, were joined the sweetest, unknown to me, pronunciations of the word "Baba...", making my happiness indescribable even with simple words.

I understood: I was accepted into the team.

Not like Santa Claus, who appears once a year and disappears.

But like a True Grandpa — one of their own, from their team.

Children do not make mistakes. They feel the frequency of the soul, which today perfectly matched theirs.

They let me into their world without a passport and without exams.

A simple and bright conclusion:

No diets.
No magical pills.
No operations.

To become a 6-year-old Wise Man in Soul, you only need three things:

Find a child.

Sincerely say to them: "Usaqlar Bayraminiz Mubarek!"

Wait for the answer and allow your heart to believe.

The recipe is proven. There are no contraindications.

An overdose is highly recommended.

Today I haven't aged a single day.

Today I rejuvenated a whole lifetime.

Thank you, my little Teachers with backpacks on your shoulders.

You returned my true self within me from this untrue time.
