I am learning English and I want to improve my speaking skills faster. I can understand basic English, but I feel nervous when talking to other people.

Spelling, pronunciation, and vocabulary are really difficult for non-speakers trying to learn the language. Your writing is already pretty good. I'm not a language teacher but there's no substitute for immersion. If you can't find speakers to converse with, check out online resources like this one:
