I had an iPad that died after a couple of years. (Never had an iPhone). To replace it I bought a Samsung pad which syncronized naicely with my Samsung phone. The frustration is with the touch screen which often doesn't respond requiring me to shut it off and start again. Another issue is sometimes when I'm trying to scroll it just zooms the page I'm on. Also it is smaller than an iPad making reading articles less comfortable. Fed up I bought another iPad willing to sacrifice the synchronization with my phone. The touchscreen works flawlessly with no quirks and a nicer size but the problem with it is that with every single app I want, all of which are free Apple wants me to pay for. So I remain between a rock and a hard place.
