Yahoo.com piracy of google chrome

yahoo.com taken over my google chrome and ruined my studies.
Request advice how to make yahoo to pay for this piracy. I have done everything to get rid of this piracy but does not work. three four times I have uninstalled chrome but didn't help. I will contact google to make yahoo pay for this piracy
