Hi everyone. For the past few months, I’ve been dealing with a health issue I haven’t been able to figure out, and I’d really appreciate hearing about other people’s experiences. I’ve been having episodes of abdominal pain on the lower left side. The pain comes and goes, sometimes lasting only a few minutes and other times continuing for hours.
I’ve seen two doctors and had several tests done, including an ultrasound, blood work, and a stool exam. Everything comes back “normal,” which is frustrating because the pain hasn’t stopped. They’ve mentioned possibilities like irritable bowel syndrome, some type of mild inflammation, or even stress, but nothing has been definitive.
I’ve noticed the episodes seem to get worse after heavy meals or when I spend many hours sitting. Lately, I’ve also had a lot of bloating and a strange empty feeling in my stomach even after eating.
Has anyone here gone through something similar? What additional tests were recommended? Were there any dietary or lifestyle changes that actually helped? Hearing real experiences would really help me get a clearer idea while I continue looking for an accurate diagnosis.
