I have had an appliance repair company out many times freezer part of side by side refrigerator will not go below 20 degrees.
GE Monogram model ZISB42DYB. Side by side
Air coming out of evaporator is at 20 degrees.
They are just throwing parts at the problem. They have replaced the compressor, evaporator, filter, and fan. Now they say it is the thermostat.
Any help would be appreciated.

At this rate, you'll end with a brand-new fridge as they continue to dicker around.
My totally stab in the dark idea ('cause God knows I'm not an expert in this) is that the hardware is okay. So, maybe you're not getting enough juice. Is it possible to plug it into a different outlet, and see if that makes any difference?
