Problems with my PC when opening various programs, does anyone know what it could be?

Hello everyone. I'm having a weird problem with my computer: it freezes when I open multiple programs at once, especially if I have Chrome open and I'm working on web design.

I checked some online guides but I can't find a clear solution. I was just reading some articles in Krypton Solid, where they talked about performance in PCs and design tools, but I still haven't found anything that applies to my case.

Has something similar happened to anyone? Could it be a RAM or disk problem?
