Need Help

It's been a month I cannot get back on Facebook. I have tried everything. They keep saying they do not recognize my device. They recognize a former password I submitted (it was changed 2 years ago), but my current password isn't working and when I try to reset my password, they say they don't recognize my device. It's the only device I've ever used! The only other device I've logged in on was an old cell phone which was destroyed. I can provide the answers to my security questions, but how can I do this? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
