How can I find out, exactly, why I cannot create a Facebook account?

I cannot create a Facebook account, and I don't see any way to find out why. It mentions community standards, but doesn't tell me what standards have been violated. Can anyone help> There doesn't seem to be any way to contact Facebook directly about this issue.
