Blocked FaceBook account

I believe Facebook disabled my account by mistake. It is blocked on my computer, tablet and phone. I have never posted on Facebook. I only used the account to read messages or view photos. I tried the “Appeal” link but, it did not open another page.
When I login to Facebook the site opens and my username is at the top of the page but, the page is almost blank. The only available links on the page are “Download your information”, Dark Mode” and “Log Out”. I can’t access any of the Facebook Help procedures because I’m blocked, and I can’t go beyond my home page. Changing my password and deleting my browser history did not help.
How can I recover my account?
