All twelve apostles were GALILEANS, not one was chosen from the southern Judeans.

@The Anointed,
Joseph the son of Jacob who married the already pregnant Mary and had no sexual contact with her until after she had given birth to Jesus, the first of her sons and daughters was only the stepfather of Jesus, it was Joseph the son of Alexander Helios III, 'AKA Heli; who was the actual biological father of Jesus. See Luke 3, 23.

Alexander Helios III, who is said to be the son of Cleopatra and Mark Antony who was adopted into a Jewish family after the suicidal death of his parents was a father of renown and was given three names, which was not unusual among Galilean men in those days, Joseph a Hebrew name, and Cleophas, which is the Masculine form of Cleopatra, and carries the Greek, meaning: “Of a renowned father,” and Alphaeus, his Aramaic name of the same meaning: “Of a renowned father.” (Alexander Helios III)

@The Anointed,
One would expect the risen Jesus to appear to his family first and this is exactly what we see, his mother Mary the wife of Cleophas and his aunty Mary Magdalene, were the first to see him, the next were the two men walking to Emaus, who were his father Joseph, also called Cleophas and Alphaeus and Cleophas' traveling companion who was his son Simeon the brother of Jesus.

They spoke Galilatian, which has a long oral tradition passed down through generations.

Lots of stuff about Noah, Abraham, Jesus, the Lot, and his wife.

Unfortunately very few native speakers have survived but I'm very fortunate to have made friends with one of the few surviving speakers, (Fatty) Haram Pantaloon round the back of the kebab shop.

This **** is ******* dynamite!

@The Anointed,
Joseph, the son of Alexander Helios and father of Jesus who had three names, one in Hebrew, one in Greek and one in Aramaic, was also given the nickname Barnabas by the disciples.

ανεψιος [anepsios] appears in the New Testament: In Young’s Literal Translation its meaning is “Nephew,” Salute you doth Aristarchus, my fellow-captive, and Marcus, the nephew of Barnabas, In the King James Version, it is translated “Sister’s son.” “Marcus, sister’s son to Barnabas.”

John, who was surnamed Mark [meaning ‘HAMMER’] was the son, adopted son, or grandson, of Mary the sister-wife to Joseph who was surnamed Barnabas. At the cross, Jesus said to John [who he had named ‘SON OF THUNDER’], John, behold your mother and to his mother he said, ‘Mother, behold your son. [John the beloved was the son of Mary's eldest daughter Salome who had married Zebedee.]

Barnabas later took his half-sister Mary and her son John surnamed Mark to visit Cyprus and the land of Pamphylia, where today, in the town of Ephesus, the grave sites of John the beloved disciple of Jesus and Mary the [Half-sister] of Joseph/Barnabas and adopted mother to John the beloved disciple surnamed Mark, can still be visited.

Most Galilean men carried three names, but are not necessarily restricted to three. Jude, a Galilean brother and disciple of Jesus, also had a Hebrew name, Jude, a Greek name ‘Didymus’ and an Aramaic name, ‘Thomas’.

@The Anointed,
Continued from previous post.

Thomas=Tau’ma, the Aramaic for twin, is also called Didymus, which is the Greek for twin, he is Thomas/twin, Didymus/twin, Jude, the brother of Jesus and the son of the carpenter.

Excerpts from “The Acts of Thomas-Wikipedia.”
Acts of Thomas is a series of episodic Acts (Latin passio) that occurred during the evangelistic mission of Judas Thomas ("Judas the Twin") to India. It ends with his martyrdom: he dies pierced with spears, having earned the ire of the monarch Misdaeus (Vasudeva I) because of his conversion of Misdaeus' wives and a relative, Charisius. He was imprisoned while converting Indian followers won through the performing of miracles.

Thomas is often referred to by his name Judas (his full name is Thomas Judas Didymus), since both Thomas and Didymus just mean twin, and several scholars believe that twin is just a description, and not intended as a name. The manuscripts end "The acts of Judas Thomas the apostle are completed, which he did in India, fulfilling the commandment of him that sent him. Unto whom be glory, world without end. Amen.".

A local tradition of eastern Syria identifies the Apostle Jude with Jude Thomas who was called ‘The Twin’ also known as Thomas (Aramaic), Didymus (Greek), and Jude (Hebrew.)

Knowing that in ART, Thomas Didymus Jude, the son of Alpheaus/Cleophas, is depicted with a, carpenter’s rule and square. In "The Acts of Thomas, sometimes called by its full name, "The Acts of Judas Thomas," 2nd-3rd century CE, "The Apostles cast lots as to where they should go, and to Thomas, brother to Jesus fell India. Thomas was taken to King Goddophares the ruler of Indo-Pathian Kingdom as an architect and carpenter by Habban.”

Jude, the brother of the Lord according to the flesh, both having the same father, Joseph-cleophas-Alphaeus, who was the son of Alexander Helios/Heli, but born of different wombs, was called the apostle of many names, as he was also called Thaddaeus and Lebbeaus, the Greek and Aramaic words for ‘courageous.’ So Jude the brother of the Lord is the courageous apostle called ‘The Twin,’ and he should not be confused with the apostle whose actual name was ‘Thomas.’
