Do you mean that they have the advantage of not having to upkeep a physical nearly billion-dollar property and millions of dollars in employee salaries and benefits?

Or that they can launder criminal money in third world countries (skirting millions if not billions in money lost to taxed revenue)? Not saying that brick-and-mortar casinos can't still do this. Their work is cut out for them in that arena.
