facebook approving posts of non-preapproved members

We have two types of members in our facebook group. Those who need their messages approved before they post, and those who are preapproved so that their messages post immediately without needing approval by a Admin or Mod.

We're finding facebook assistant is approving messages (because of past history) for members who's messages need approval... not preapproved.

I looked all over the place without finding how this option can be turned off. We want to make the decision if a message should be posted, not facebook.

Can this facebook message automatic approval be turned off?
