I play Scrabble on my smartphone and get constant interruptions from ads. I paid €3.62 for these ads to stop for a month and nothing happened! Can you please sort this problem for me?

This isn't tech support for whatever company publishes your mobile game. And I have a weird feeling you're using a Scrabble knockoff and not the official Scrabble Go game. If that's the case? Delete that app and find the official app on your app store of choice.
