Does anybody know the name of this sotcom?

I saw a sitcom in the mid 90s but don't remember the name. It was about 3 co-workers, 2 men and one woman. In the forst episode, one pf the guys was in love with the woman and wanted to declare his love, but jist before he could do so, the other guy asked her ro marry him and she accepted. The plot of the show was about the first guy pretending to help the 2nd guy's relationship with the woman while in reality he was trying to break them up so that he could get the girl for himself. Does anybody know what the name of the sitcom was?
