Is it possible to purchase a copy of the painting shown in the confrence room of the tv show "Suits"? It may be on a smaller scale, but I am interested in purchasing it.

It's possible you can commission an artist to repaint a likeness of said painting.
Or if you can get a high resolution screencapture of the painting - get large print made from a professional print shop.
