A galaxy that is one megaparsec away is moving at a rate of 68 to 74 km per second. However, the expansion rate is cumulative over distance. Something around 4,300 megaparsecs away is accelerating at the speed of light. A megaparsec is 3.26 million light years, so this distance is 4,300x3.26 million light years, or around 14 billion light years away. Objects further than that are receding at a rate that exceeds the speed of light.
