Is there any context in which this is grammatically correct? "a person's name" love "a person's name"

If I'm not mistaken, love should always be loves since a "person's name" is singular, right?

I'm asking because here in my country, I see a lot of people read "a person's name" <3 "a person's name" as "a person's name" love "a person's name"

@Rox111,
Third person loves a noun, a person, place or thing.

Stephen loves, Vanessa, London and chips.

First and second person it's love.

I (you) love Vanessa, London and chips.

@Rox111,

First person singular: I love ... First person plural: we love
Second person singular: you love ... Second person plural: you love
Third person singular: he, she, it loves ... Third person plural: they love

@bobsal u1553115,
Actually second person singular is thou loves, which is still is use in certain places including the north of England although that's been replaced by you everywhere else.

I'm not being arsey, I just thought it was an interesting aside.
