I saw someone type this while playing an online game and got a bit confused about the usage of full here in this context.

"It seems like you don't understand it full well."

Shouldn't it be fully?

There's a phrase we use: "You know full well you did that", so I can see why they used the word that way. It seems many are mangling what we grew up thinking was English language usage. One example of that is "Me and Rick went to the store". That one particularly irritates me as I find it so commonly used now.

I can understand the youth of today misusing pronouns because they don't typically get grammar in schools but a friend of mine, who has two degrees and reads like a fiend, misuses them all the time. I've never bothered to correct her because a) it's not my place, and b) others (like my sisters) don't ever correct themselves. They're fine sounding like illiterates.
