LOOKING FOR MUSIC VIDEO! HELP PLEASE :'(

The music video is of a woman who looks scared, running backwards away from the camera that follows her through the streets of a suburban city with blocks of flats. During the video strange things start to occur like cars floating. The whole video is split into short repeating clips, each one starting a second later than the previous so you slowly see the whole video unfold. I'm pretty sure the woman in the video is a British actress, possibly from BBC, maybe in some sort of alien space series...
I've been looking for this video for like years! And I really want to find it. I watched it on YouTube around 2015, but I think it came out before then. I can't remember the artist or anything about the song, just the video.
