Which sentence is a better choice:
Send your invoice to me once work is completed, and I will provide it to AP with a lien waiver for payment.
or
Send your invoice to me once work has been completed, and I will provide it to AP with a lien waiver for payment.

The first one, it says the same but will fewer words.
