Are these sentences clear or is there a better choice:
This job is ready to be final invoiced, and Brad will be meeting with the customer for the final walk-through. Please send the invoice to me, and Brad will provide it to the customer and collect payment.

This job is ready for its final invoice to be generated. Please send it to me and I will pass it to Brad who will hand it to the customer when they meet for the final walk-through. He can then collect payment.

Brad will be meeting with the customer on date, please provide the invoice so he can complete the final walkthrough.
Try to use as few words as possible.
