I recently reconnected with a friend. We didn't see each other for 5 years, whilst he had a girlfriend.
We used to be best friends in college and we're now both 27.
He lives close to my parents and we bumped into each other and then ended up having coffee and then lunch together (four hour catch-up).
He told me he is very recently seeing someone, but he's moving abroad for a year for work.
When we were younger we shared a kissed and we actually laughed about it when we saw each other.
I have never thought about him in a romantic sense but I'm a bugger for romantic stuff and I just thought oh wow, imagine if we started to like one another.
Although he doesn't keep the convo going on text but I am seeing him tomorrow. He's very keen to spend more time together but I don't know if that's just friendship wise.
How would I even know!
