If a user is unable to complete the checkout process on an ecommerce website because when clicking on the "place order " button, the user returns to the desktop. What is the severity of this bug?

When users don't checkout and buy, companies lose money and can eventually go bankrupt. So it is a very big deal when that part of a website does not work.
