Facebook

I work in a retail shop and our IT support passed away a few years back.

We have a Facebook page which the owner has some basic privileges but cant add and other admins or do much more than post.

When the page was created (likely MANY years ago) the IT bloke created a Facebook page (as in a person) called ET Webs (his business name) - This was actually linked to a store email (I get FB marketing emails)

I have tried to log in, reset password but the account was so old it has asked me to verify identity which is clearly not possible as ET Webs.

I've emailed, submitted a letter as the evidence or anything to get some attention from FB but I have nothing more.

What can I do to get access to the stores page again?
