how do i get unbanned from facebook over an innocent joke?

i dont think a live customer facebook service agent banned me or reviewed my comment on someones else page, and i think its all done by bots. ive had my facebook account for many years and a lot of friends. now i cant even log in to hunt up old direct messages to remind me what ive said in the past. account is completely gone. is there a way to create a new facebook account if u have been banned or would i need to first buy another laptop so i wouldnt have the same ISP and would i need to also get a different phone number first? also the person whose page i commented on told me they never saw my comment and would have never complained to facebook. i am severly autistic and am not the best at these type of things.

here is the story why i was banned. a guy i was friends with on facebook and I were at the casino and he told this one guy at our table he could "find him a girlfriend" i later that night posted a link to some hookers ad online to his facebook page asking him 'hey is this the girl u were hooking him up with?" and then i got banned for "promoting human trafficking". now if a live person was reviewing it instead of a bot and if i could explain it was all in jest and i of course had no connection to the girls ad or any interest in helping her find a customer, having never met the girl or having no interest in doing so and explaining im severly autistic no reasonable person would think it such a severe offense id forever lose and be unable to remember half of the people i used to be friends with because i could no longer log on to look it up to remember the names of a few hundred people. at least let me do this even if i cant use the account anymore.
