I would like to know is it’s a print or painting it has a signature and is clearly in a custom made frame and I find it beautiful the signature is canola or carola r corolo or conolo haha any help would be amazing

The signature says carola or canola or corolo it’s a beautiful print or painting but would like to know which it’s a custom made frame I know that much. I don’t want to open the frame as a may damage the joins

It is a piece of art showing a lion holding the globe with clouds and a sinking ship in a darkened blue sky. The lion is sitting on ground maybe sand next to child’s building blocks. I love it would just like to j or more about it
