My doesn't look me in eyes when he says I love you?

So I don't usually post on forums. But I'm so confused and want some opinions. My partner never looks me in eyes when he says I love you but rather looks away and says it. Then when he goes to bed tonight. He says I'm going to sleep and didn't kiss me or his daughter goodnight.
I have been living with him for 2 years we have been together for 6 years all together.
Due to medical reasons i have not been able to have sex lately. So I don't know if this can be a reason. I'm being acting like a needy little child for feeling like this.

That's nonsensical. Those are legitimate feelings.

As for the other things? We really wouldn't know. Was he always reserved or this a relatively recent mood change? Hopefully he's not feeling guilty for doing some untoward things with others outside of your current relationship.

The only person who would know this answer is your partner. Unless you hire ... say... a private investigator to see if he's having an affair or something. Ask him. Maybe he's just depressed and needs counseling.
