I have two facebook accounts and one of them does not have the blue change password button in the pa

I have two facebook accounts

When I use the reset password for the first account and get the email and open the email I can see the blue "change password" button. But when I do the same thing to reset password for the second account and I open the email there is no blue reset password button. why?
