How do you get rid of a homeless person who was invited in?

This is the story.

You have an apartment building. Everybody pays rent. Gets grow up and invite there friend who is homeless via giving them a key. By giving them access to the building no matter how many times they smoke Weed, or Cigarettes. They could always prove they "belong" by accessing the front door or even going to there friend door who will acknowledge they "invited them". This homeless person is hiding stuff all over the place, there are video cameras, which shows them accessing things they hide ( like there razor to trim there beard ), and no matter how many times they smoke the weed, or cigarettes they can not be fined or removed from the building because they have a key which gives them access to the building itself.

The only way legally would be

A. Get proof via video-camera if any proof is there. They are doing something illegal. In this case they are hiding stuff in the areas outside peoples apartments like the parking-lot, the wash-room, the garbage shoot, the garbage cans. They might even have destroyed property in the process.

B. Get them to physically harm you. Meaning for them to raise there fists.
Attack you, and thus providing they have "Caused you harm" and only then
they could be arrested.

C. Get the so called tenant they have the "key" from who claims they "inviting" this person evicted.

In my opinion they are lessing the quality of life of the building, not only by urinating in the stairwell, but leaving black ash marks on the wall ( which the temporary super did a poor paint job off covering ).

They are bringing in Weed, brown and green into the building and smoking it
during the morning, noon, and nights. They are getting dressed in the wash-room. Have their undergarments in the open, hidden behind machines.

Just because they were "invited" and they have a "key" they can not be removed
as it was "back-then" where they had programs to get rid of homeless and force them into programs. But now there is next to none.

Did I mention there is no superintendent? He died young.

The management sent a replacement super. Who quit because they would not
re-emberse him for the parts he purchased out of his paycheck. Not before
he reported every violation and left repairs undone forcing the management to spend money and carry out repairs. Then they sent the supers from the twin buildings who did poor jobs, and finally replaced them with some guy who's Spanish is way better then his English.

The building is left defenseless.

How do you get rid of a homeless person who was invited and has a key ?

Weed is legal here and nobody will bust him for that or take him to jail.

He is hiding things and I am sure the camera caught him using those things which is disrupting quality of life for tenants??
