There was a movie I saw 1990, 1991, can be 1992. Captain America! I today could swear Dolph Lundgren played the major role. It was not "Captain America (1990, directed by Albert Pyun)"!
I need help to find that googleing didn't halped at all, but confused. I am starting to think I am mad, and that I imagined I saw that movie at the beginning of the 1990ies!
1. I'm not sure if Dolph Lundgren has ever been in any Captain America movie.
2. I do remember Dolph Lundgren playing a different Marvel superhero as "The Punisher" in a 1989 movie.
3. Captain America and The Punisher are both Marvel characters.
4. You might be mixing up the two Marvel characters.

Did you try looking at his IMDb page? He wasn't in a Captain America movie during that time. He was the literal lead in 1989's The Punisher, a Marvel Comics movie.

Captain American where he used his shield like a Boomerang, chopped of red-death's head which ironically chopped of his daughters head after she choose to retaliate against him for that action, before going back to his hand?
The one where "he was found in the ice at the start of the movie" and did not end that way?
I think that is the only Captain American Movie since the 2000's one. I know their is a Captain American Jr. / 2000 that did appear in Marvel trade cards during the comic-boom-crash.
