If you spend your free time playing or learning how to play, what instrument do you face, which instrument is your favorite?
In my opinion, the piano sounds the best and also has the highest scale among all instruments and sounds beautifully in it as chords.
Please briefly justify why this particular instrument deserves to be called your favourite.
@Stroiciel,
Yes, keyboards are versatile and really helpful when studying music theory. Unfortunately, I never took piano lessons – I've been a woodwind player all my life, starting on clarinet when I was 8 or 9, moving on to tenor sax which was my main instrument until just a few years ago when I discovered the bass clarinet. B.C. is now my principal instrument. Haven't even taken my tenor sax out of its case in a year and a half. The B.C. has got an phenomenal range – nearly 5 full octaves – and the tone is indescribably rich and warm.
@Stroiciel,
Now I'm learning to play the guitar, I really like the sound of it. But learning is very hard for me, I don't have time to rearrange my fingers in time and my fingers get corns.
