My FB account was hacked. Someone got into it and changed my email address. When I click on reset password and put in my email address, I get a message that my email does not exist. My FB page is still live on Google, I just cannot get into my account.
I have read through everything on FB website about hacked account, but I am always directed to putting my email address in, to log in to get help. I cannot do that because the hacker changed my email address and phone number on my account.
How to I reach FB for help or what can I do to get my FB account back?
Your help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
@jcboy,
Yes, I tried following instructions on the link but the link takes me to another page which asks me for my login information. Is there a way to call FB for support. I have been searching but nothing.
@Oilly-jak,
There is no way that I know of to contact Facebook by phone. There is a support email address you can try.
[email protected] good luck and don't be surprised if they don't respond right away.
Great, thanks! I will try it, can lose for trying.
