Main electric panel upgrade: 2 meter 150A each (300A total)

Hi! We need to upgrade our old electric control panel to a new EUSERC-rated one. It's for a duplex, and the total amperage for the house is 300A - so should be 150Amps for each meter. Any suggestions for what we should get? Thanks so much!
