HELP PLEASE

Help Please. I am wondering if I can block YouTube however still allow for gatcha life (if possible) but block everything else you tube the voices especially and such, and any controls or permissions they might have or try to take over. as well as removing their ability to view, modify, control, change, interact with anything that pertains to any of us in my household??? is this possible??? and i would like to do this in all my devices weather they are being used at home or elsewhere. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME TO DO THIS --- IT IS A VERY IMPORTANT TRAIL THING FOR THE PEOPLE WITHIN MY FAMILY/HOUSEHOLD. AND IF MY SUSPICIONS BECOME VALIDATED I WOULD LIKE TO TO THIS FOREVER WITHOUT BEING LIMITED ON MY INTERNET ACCESS OR SEARCH/DISCOVERY ABILITIES?
Is this possible? can it be done? I would like to test out a theory of mine - for curiosity sake.
it may seem strange but if I can get help in doing this I will keep everyone updated. And I will let you know how it all turns out once i have completed my trail. Call it what you will, but with a lot of people that I have spoken with and with what I have just read I am rather interested to know if my suspicions are correct. If they are I am going to have A HUGE AMOUNT OF HUMBLE PIE TO CHOKE BACK to say the least.
