On a loop on having to reset my password

Where can someone contact FB? It keeps on thinking I have the wrong password: impossible since I use a Pwd manager for it. Anyhow it is crazy trying to get back in. I manage to do so only to find the same problem a day later. Also, though I changed my phone number when I can't get in the phone number choice given is the old one. So I can't use it as verification. When I get in a different way the phone number is the correct one. Anyhow all sorts of issues requiring me to speak to someone on FB but this seems impossible. I am in China hence needing to use a VPN and I think this is part of the problem. If you're wondering what I am asking is for FB to find a way to contact me or me them.
