You got to be kidding if you think one odd choice of a phrase is enough to determine if one is or isn't attracted to another person. Not enough info or context. Wouldn't hurt to pursue the individual a bit more (with the obvious caveat on not being too aggressive or creepy/stalkerish).

I once asked this girl in college (who I had a crush on) how her weekend was and she looked at her friend and rolled her eyes.

Back to the topic

In early 2019 and I had a dance with the girl I liked and she even held my hand. Saw her this Halloween and she talked to other guys and did not dance with me at all. I it made me feel depressed to say the least.
