Ricoh SP 213w Printer cannot print

Glad to find this Forum.
I installed a new Toner Cartridge but I am unable to print.
1st Procedure:
I installed a new Ricoh Toner Cartridge but I am not able to print.

1. I switch on.

2. Blue & Red light comes ON.

3. Blue light flashes & Red light goes off: Blue light remains steady.

4. In Print Window, I click OK , (I hear the command going to the Printer) Blue light flashes & Red light appears.

5. Both Red & Blue light remain steady, but Printer does not print.

2nd Procedure: I switch on, unplugged the printer cable, and plugged it in again. The following is what happens now>

1. I switch the printer on.
2. Blue Light comes on.
3. I can hear the printer getting the command.
4. Blue light flashes. remain steady.
5. I hear command going to the printer.
6 On Print page, I click OK, but nothing happens.

Can anyone advise on this, please?
