Hi,
While logging in, I saw 2 pop up windows on my laptop screen.
Can you please advise how to confirm if the content of laptop was copied or formatted, knowing that the hacker (possibly an IT technician) might have used my (stolen) credentials and deleted all traces afterwards so as not to be found?

I get Command Prompt windows opening and closing on my PC every one in a while, as well. I've wondered if it's just a normal Windows process, or something more nefarious going on.

That's normal, especially as MS just rolled out an update.
