Hello everyone,

I've been working in this position for 2 years but not knowing which is my position specifically to be called.
I really need your help, I want to put that perfect name to my CV.

My company is a factory that manufactures of paper packaging.
I am the person who directly contact customers and handle all of requests and orders.
- Quotation request: I send this to the R&D department, they send back the quotation and I send to the customers for approval.
- Sample request: I transfer the request to Design dept, after that I will do the production order (calculate materials need to used to make the sample and send that production order to every dept in my factory so they will start the production). Then I closely follow sample timeline and send the sample to customer for approval.
- PO (purchasing orders): when customer approved the sample, they send me the PO and I will also do production order (some of actions I describe above).
> I give all request of material in the PO to planning team and follow to make sure all material arrive on time.
> I work closely with the planning team to make sure my PO finished on time.
> I work closely with import export team and answer back to the customer request if they want to ship worldwide
> When goods are done, I give the delivery plan to delivery team to deliver to customer (if ship locally)
> After goods are all delivery, if customer complains any issues, I will have to work with relevant department to compensate to the customer all of unqualified goods.

My question is whether my job is called merchandiser or something else?
Thank you in advance. This question has been in my mind for 2 years, I will be very appreciated for your answer.

@Joyce Nguyen,
Sounds like "customer relations" or even a type of "agent" like a pimp, or car-sales-person. Your that in-between that does all of the in-between work between clients and the service/product they want.

Your not doing marketing, which is to sell people on the idea of a good or service, and even talk about how to get the idea out. Your not on the sales-floor. Your not performing a service but being a mouth-piece of the entire machine itself.

Think of yourself like the first person who is aware or even represents the company, like a cashier or host who never lifts a finger on anything, or did it during the past but never in their old age. You know what the customer wants, when they want it, where they want it, even before they communicate to you but you pretend you do no know at all, allowing them to have an experience where they feel they are the boss...until they sign the contract and send payment.

Your customer relations. Your a telephone in a pizzeria or the busser/busboy/waiter/waitress.
