Word Choice

Is this sentence clear or is there a better choice? It sounds redundant to me, but I'm not sure how to reword it.

Attached is the scope of work for our project for which plans are needed for the permit.

@LBrinkmann,
Attached is the documentation regarding what plans are needed for the permit.

This is quite a cut, and may be too severe. I'm assuming the recipient knows all about it.

Without knowing more about what the scope of work is, it's the best I can come up with.

“Scope of work” is not the same as plans, which would need a permit.

Do you mean to say:

Attached is our proposed scope of work according to the plans, which would need a permit.
