Asking for personal fitness advice / routines

This is my first time posting here so if I mess something up or get in the way and do something incorrectly I apologize. I wanted to ask for exercise routines that can help me get more toned and muscular. I’m 19 and I weigh 135-140 lbs and I am 5 foot 8 inches tall. In my current situation I can’t go to a gym but I have access to a pull up bar , ab roller , jump rope , and resistance bands. If anyone has suggestions for the amount of protein / calories I should intake to be efficient I would also appreciate that as well. All help and advice is appreciated
