Pls help me fixing it!

I wanted

I wanted my MTB reintun in the car and have thereby removed the rear wheel, and then again
drangesetzt and suddenly for no reason the following things no longer funtkionieren as it has always been

has been:

- Gears do not shift (at all) to slow or when I drive times and shift into the previous or

it takes a very long time until something happens or I have to shift up a gear and down again.
and down again. Before it was not so, I have shifted once and was directly inside!

- The back brake does not work completely, yes it brakes already, but again not as good as before.
It brakes (about30%-85.4%) slower. I have compared it comparatively in which I use the front brake compared to the other and

also wobbles or jerks (trembles) the whole bike completely, or the wheel what I had taken out, when I use the rear brake, that was before also not so

been as it was now. Ansonten the 3 other smaller gears work fine without that I had to do something against it, it had nothing to do with the other components of the rear wheel.
