Urgently do something: No joke, nothing!

Help me!!!!!! my English isnt so good. At home in Germany my uncle punches me always in the room he goes no reason even though he's not allows. That is going since about 3 years. I was in jail (14) a few times. (in contact with youth welfare office) they lie always and they record me I said
go to my room and she doesnt want I ask why and she dont answer me in no reason at all!! Youth welfare office Frau B., they talk about me every Tuesday, Wednesday, I want to leave the country is this possibale and helpful? I dont want to go to a Child's hoom or tenant group again or what ever it is called. The caregivers are also bullying me in my life always and giving me punishments EVEN THOUGH I DIDNT DO ANYTHING!!!
It's really not a joke and they wanted to put me to the pyscahtry. and my uncle insults me you have to go there you belong to there and my mom is from Nigeria. my brother is younger so getting 10 very soon and he helps them andnot me even though Im always explaining him or telling him. The police came 2 times already or more it was always my fault. They dont wanna no nothing by me and doesnt nearly ask me anything about what

Really every day and he said on Friday is an appointment and on Wednesday we visit a group according Google Maps from home it is by car 124 kilometers and 1 h 43 min (shortest way).
